All prices are per person per night. Incl. VAT, excl. local tax of currently € 4,- per person/night from 15 years.
Bank transfer in advance or cash on site. We do not accept EC or debit cards.
Dogs are allowed on request and after prior confirmation.
When booking the Sölden and Ötztal rooms, the breakfast buffet is already included in the room rate.
Apartment guests pay a surcharge of € 15,-/day for adults and € 8,-/day for children aged 8-12 years.
For our apartment guests we offer our bread roll service. This means you get fresh bread from the bakery delivered directly to your apartment door every day (for an extra charge).
A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking.
Up to 2 months before the arrival date free of charge
Up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total price
Up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total price
In the last week before the arrival date 90 % of the total price
Unless otherwise stated, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
